About us
We're a Costa Rican family who have been living in the Peninsula de Osa (southern Costa Rica) since 1968, back in the gold mining years, when this area was still off grid.
In 1990 we got involved with tourism. We started with four cabins and offering taxi service to hotels and lodges in and around the Peninsula de Osa (Carate, Drake Bay, Manuel Antonio, Quepos and other destinations). In the beginning of 2006 we initiated the construction of our own, two-floor high lodge, desiring to offer Arenas de Osa's clients nice, well-equipped rooms.
In Arenas de Osa we love nature and therefore we protect our rainforests, oceans and rivers.
