Cancellation Policy.
Generally our cancellation policies apply for reservations from our website, as well as those made by telephone.
- If you Cansel your reservation between 45 and 15 days before your arrival at our hotel, You will be charged to your credit card a % 50, of the total ammount.
- If you cancel 14 days before arrival or no show, will be responsible for full payment of your reservation.
- In the case of groups, discuss this issue case by case basis.
- Expenses related to the refund will be charged to the customer.
- In order to avoid inconvenience to our customers, we recommend obtaining a travel insurance, that can help them in case of last minute cancellations for any eventuality.
